Harga nanti sesuai permasahannya. Klo hanya partisi hlang atau recovery data biasa. Nanti harga di serahkan ke konsumen mau ngasih berapa (asal wajar). Adanya di local setting user ybs. Sepertinya yg hilang ini personal address book ya? Coba buka profile yg lama lokasinya: C:/Document and settings/(user_name)/application data/Microsoft/address book. Untuk akses ke folder ini windows harus disetting 'show hidden files' Kalau dah ketemu, tinggal Bapak copy ke lokasi yg sama di profile yg baru. Cuma sebaiknya di backup dulu. Nanti secara otomatis address book yg lama akan ada di outlook yg baru. Mudah2an membantu.
