Internet itu ibarat sebuah ruang kosong yang diberikan oleh ISP ke usernya dimana isi dari ruang kosong tersebut diperebutkan oleh usernya. Makanya ada yang up to (tidak jelas speed yang diperoleh) sampai ada yang dedicated (ada kejelasan disisi speed yang ditawarkan oleh pihak ISP = bila speed yang tidak sesuai, anda bisa tuntut ISP tersebut) Jd jgn mudah terkecoh oleh para sales ISPnya Pak, karena kasus2 sering terjadi bandwith internet tidak sesuai yang didapat dari pernyataan salesnya. (pengalaman pribadi di kantor saya :p ) Jadi intinya, bila bapak belinya Upto (pricingnya lebih murah) jgn marah2 ke ISPnya, karena tidak ada kejelasan berapa bandwith yang bapak dapat sebagai usernya.
