coba pakai cara sbb semoga membantu

anda masuk ke :

   1. Start
   2. Settings
   3. Network Connections
   4. klik kanan mouse di Local Area Connections
   5. Properties
   6. pilih tab Advanced
   7. Settings
   8. General
   9. beri titik atau aktifkan  (radio buttons di posisi OFF)
  10. selesai

_File Sharing:_

   1. Windows Explorer di klik
   2. pilih tab Tools
   3. pilih Folder Options
   4. pilih tab View
   5. arahkan cursor ke bawah sampai ketemu list dengan nama (Use simple
  file sharing) dan hilangkan centrangnya
   6. selesai

coba bapak masukkan lagi USB tsb dan lakukan:

   1. masuk ke Device Manager
   2. klik Universal Serial Bus controllers
   3. uninstall USB Mass Storage Device (klik kanan USB Mass Storage
  Device pilih uninstall)
   4. pilih tab Action
   5. klik menu scan for hardware changes
   6. system akan scaning
   7. selesai

setelah dilakukan seperti diatas semoga usb tsb terdetect
semoga membantu
