coba bapak masukkan lagi USB tsb dan lakukan:
1. masuk ke Device Manager
2. klik Universal Serial Bus controllers
3. uninstall "USB Mass Storage Device" (klik kanan "USB Mass Storage
Device" pilih uninstall)
4. pilih tab "Action"
5. klik menu "scan for hardware changes"
6. system akan scaning
7. selesai
setelah dilakukan seperti diatas semoga usb tsb terdetect
