Ada satu komputer yang selalu update file ke grisoft dan disaimpan di directory tertentu and di share tentunya. [ITCENTER] Prosedur IT di suatu kantor
assalamualaikum Langsung saja, ada beberapa permasalahan yang saya temukan jawabannya di forum ini. Saya bekerja di institusi pendidikan. Nah ada satu fenomena yang sampai saat ini belum terpecahkan di tempat kami. Yaitu penerapan IT selaknya di industri2. Maksudnya, kami belum memiliki prosedur yang jelas mengenai pengelolaan IT, mulai dari maintenance, perbaikan, penanganan virus, samapai dengan disaster. Kami belum memiliki petunjuk penyusunan prosedur2 tersebut, sehingga dalam pelaksanaannya akan lebih sistematis. Adapun yang selama ini terjadi adalah berjalan dengan apa adanya yang berarti tidak ada jadwal yang jelas, kapan harus cek perangkat, kapan harus back up data, dsb. Nah semoga teman2 IT yang berada pada posisi yang sama dengan saya, dapat berbagai ilmu dan informasi mengenai hal tersebut. [ITCENTER] Windows 2003 Error
Salam ITers... kawan IT, saya ada permasalahan yang sedikit membuat pusing kepala.. Saya menggunakan Win 2003 Server enterprise edition untuk menangani active directory di sebuah laboratorium. Nah pada awalnya tidak ada masalah... semua berjalan dengan lancar. saya sudah konfigurasi active directory, buat user, dan nyedia in space hardisk untuk masing-masing user. Tapi saat ini tiba-tiba domain controler sebagai penampung user dan data tidak bisa dibrowse melalui windows explore. Padahal koneksi tidak ada masalah. test ping OK. Bahkan dari komputer Workstation tak coba login ke domain tidak masalah. Masalahnya Komputer Domain Controller tidak ditemukan ketika dibrowse melalui explore. Buat rekan-rekan yang pernah ngalami kayak kasus berikut mohon sharing Kasus nya gini : - Saya instalsi sitem dengan cara cloning ( Norton Ghost ), artinya hanya sekali melakukan isntalasi sistem + aplikasi selanjutnya di clone ke komputer lain. - Selanjutnya sistem saya deepfreeze dengan menggunakan DeepFreeze2000XPSE.exe Awalnya tidak ada masalah, sekitar 80 komputer berjaln dengan semestinya. Namun beberapa hari setelah itu ada beberapa komputer yang selalu reboot dan tidak mau masuk sistem. Kasus sepeti ini saya tangani denagn cara clone ulang. Namun hasilnya tetep saja, wa;nya OK-Ok aja selanjutnya akan terjadi hal ayang sama. Nah dari beberapa kejadian yang berulang2 tersebut, apakah bener memang deepfreeze menyebabkan kasus seperti diatas. Atau ada kesalahatan prosedur dalam proses cloning??? Sebelum koneksi lan pastikan kedua adapter(NIC) sudah di kenali oleh sistem masing2. Trus koneksi nya untuk p2p or untuk koneksi internet juga. Solanya dari penjelasan saudara andi ada modem ADSL segala. Klo untuk koneksi internet dengan modem ADSL berarti butuh switch lagi or pake 2 lancard. Saya asumsikan untuk koneksi LAN P2P,maka kabel yang di pake cross setting ip masing2 komputer dengan subnet yang sama kemudian tes koneksi. Klo di asumsikan untuk koneksi internet, ya pake switch aja. Semua kabel straight (dari komA,KompB dan Modem ADSL) masukkan ke switch semua. Tinggal set IP sesuai ISP. Konek dah... BUat para pakar IT, khususnya yg pernah ngalami permasalahan seperti aku, minta tolong sharing dong! saya ada masalah dengan komputer client di sebuah network yang penggunaanya lebih dari satu user, jadi ya nama nya user yang bermacam2, perlakuan terhadap pc pun bermacam2. ada yg usil ngerubah setting, ada yg mencoba buat user baru lewat kaht, dan lain sebagainya. Perlu diketahui saya menggunakan W2K untuk servernya, dengan service Active Directory Saya mohon pencerahan mengenai standart keamanan sistem (policy) yang tepat agar dapat meminimalisir kasus2 seperti diatas. Yups KOmputer jadi lemot puoolll, pas tak liat di Task Manager ternyata ada image System Idle Process, mana cpu usage nya tinggi lagi, wah pusing. Waktu tak End Process ternyata gak bisa.
