Salah url domain nya mas, kali... Sebelum di lihat via web, boleh jadi di cek ping via command, kalo reply berarti bisa, dan kalo masih belum bisa juga, tanya it support mereka, apakah port untuk akses web di hidupkan apa di matikan ?
