Assalamu 'alaikum wr wb Menanggapi masalah ini, saya harap jangan pada emosional. Kita bekerja ada beberapa hal yang dicari : 1. Uang Sudah jelas tujuan kita nyari kerja adalah nyari uang, berapapun upah yang diperoleh adalah hasil keringat sang pekerja itu sendiri. Kalau nyari kerja trus diterima dengan gaji yang pas-pasan bahkan hanya cukup untuk transport, maka itu sudah alhamdulillah, hitung-hitung mencari pengalaman baru di dunia kerja. Orang bekerja sudah pasti dapat gaji, entah itu sesuai standar atau tidak, namun itu semua tergantung sang pekerja mampu atau tidak untuk melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik meski gaji yang diterima sedikit. Yang penting klo belum dapet kerja, ya terus berusaha, yang udah ngelamar trus di interview ya harus jago menanggapi dan menghadapi yang penginterview, pandai-pandailah dalam tawar-menawar antar pribadi dan sang penginterview tersebut. Kalau seandainya hasilnya (gaji -red) minim trus diterima, maka itu memang sudah jadi nasib yang mesti harus diterima, sebab gaji itu tergantung kemauan sang pekerja dan kemampuan pihak perusahaan. 2. Kesenangan Bagi sebagian orang, bekerja itu adalah sebuah kesenagan yang tiada tara. Meski capek bukan main, tapi itu sudah dianggap sebagai hobbi-nya. Bayangkan saja orang yang masih nganggur, mereke kesana kesini nyari kerja tapi gak dapet-dapet, giliran ditawarin kerja dengan gaji standart namun dengan kerja berat di tolak, (aja juga kan yang kayak gitu), karena mereka bekerja hanya untuk unsur yang pertama saja (Uang-red) bukan unsur kesenagan atau hobbi. Maunya kerja ringan dan dibayar standart atau lebih. 3. Ibadah Ini adalah tujuan yang sangat mulia. Sang pekerja meski sudah pengalaman, tapi dia terus dan terus belajar menggali ilmu yang lebih bermanfaat, bukan saja untuk dunia tetapi untuk akhirat. Ibadah harus dilandasi dengan rasa senang dan penuh kecintaan kepada yang di ibadahi yaitu allah swt. Demikian juga dengan bekerja, bekerja harus dilandasi dengan kemampuan, semangat dan inovasi serta penuh kecintaan terhadap apa yang dikerjakannya sehingga akan timbul suatu hasil yang bermanfaat bagi diri sendiri maupun perusahaannya. Jadi kesimpulannya ...??? Tolong sesama IT jangan saling menyalahkan, jangann salaing beradu pendapat yang menyebabkan keretakan komunitas IT. Sudah banyak Milis yang isinya sering bertengkar namun tiada hasil siapa yang menang dan siapa yang kalah. Hanya rasa egois yang muncul. Dari sini, mari kita bangun komunitas IT Indonesia yang bersahabat. OKe!!! Saya juga kerja untuk maintenance server untuk proxy dengan squid, mail server dengan Qmail dan qmail-toaster serta Postfix, namun saya insya allah kerja dengan selalu semangat dan terus semangat. Hasil yang kecil tidak menjadi masalah yang jadi masalah adalah bagaimana kita mengoptimalkan hasil yang kecil tersebut untuk sesuatu hal yang bermanfaat. Bisa juga Maintenance server tersebut secara free lance sehingga ada waktu senggang untuk maintenance server company lainnya. Jadi Kecil ... kah hasil kerja kita ??? Tidak! Sungguh besar sebenarnya apa yang kita dapat jika cara kerja kita tujuannya bukan hanya untuk mencari uang sebagai yang utamanya. Tetapi juga jika di imbangi dengan unsur hobbi dan Ibadah. ??? bikin milis ya di yahoo.. buka aja yahoo.com dan pilih groups terserah deh milisnya apa disitu Create Your Own Milis/ Start a new group. Ikuti langkahnya.. jadi deh... Sama juga jika membuatnya di google groups OK?? Klo milisnya dipake buat perusahaan dan anda punya IP public sendiri, lebih baik pake linux dan untuk milistnya bisa pake berbagai program. seperti ezmlm atau mailman.. Benar, komputer saya pernah keserang tuh virus. Versi yang menyerang komputer saya adalah Worm32/Brontokbro.E (virus brontok versi E klo g salah sekarang udah versi N yach... :) ) Sekarang komputer saya udah bebas dari tuh virus gara-gara saya lakukan beberapa langkah pengobatan terhadap tuh penyakit sbb : 1. Mengapdate Anti Virus yang terbaru. Dulu saya pake Mc Afee Anti virus versi demo dan sekarang udah pake versi 10 +, dan juga saya mempunyai Norton anti virus yang siap diaktifkan. (2 anti virus, 1 disable). 2. Menghilangkan/menghapus file-file tertentu yang terkena virus melalui safe mode sebagai administrator. (biasanya filenya berbentuk folder yang menyerupai folder yang sebenarnya namun file yang dibentuk dari virus ini berekstention .exe) 3. Gunakan software anti virus Brontok removal (bisa cari di google...) dan jalankan intruksi yang ada. Jika tidak berhasil juga dihilangkan tuh virusnya, maka coba menggunakan anti virus Removal brontok yang versi lainnya. ( saya coba pake anti virus removal versi 1.x.x dan belum juga di hapus tuh virusnya, trus saya pake lagi yang removal brontok versi 2.x , apa yang terjadi. ternyata penghapusan file-file yang terinfeksi virus brontok tersebut belum sempurna alias masih tersisa file-file yang dibuat oleh tuh virus). 4. So, jangan khawatir masih ada jagoan lainnya yang gak kalah hebatnya dari anti virus yang udah terkenal.. deh!!! 5. Saya udah coba scan pake McAfee dan Norton, tapi gak berhasil.. Dan ternyata si Anti Virus Avast! Free Home Edition telah berhasil membabat habis tuh virus.. Makasih buat Avast! Anti Virus.!!! :D 6. Jadi setelah saya install Avast, saya harus menghilangkan anti virus norton terlebih dahulu dan selanjutnya setelah selesai install Avast! saya update McAfeenya. Kemudian saya restart komputernya. dan wah... apa yang terjadi 7. Si Anti Virus Avast! yang baru saya install tadi dapat mendeteksi virus brontok tersebut dengan sempurna, saya pilih Delete untuk option dari file yang terkena virus brontok V.E itu. (Virus-virus lainnya juga ikut ke delete seperti Worm Mytoob dan Somefool, Beaggle, Exploit.HTML.IFrame, HTML.Phising.Bank.) 8. Al hasil. Komputer saya telah menghirup kembali udara segar.. fresh kayak masih perjaka. begono. 9. Semoga bisa membantu. Oh ya ada yang kurang tapi saya lupa urutannya dimanayaitu mendisable regedit dan msconfig setelah menjalankan antivirus brontok removal. Karena klo gak salah virus itu menyerang melalui Regedit. ( Ini dilakukan di safe mode yach...). 10.Salam dari komunitas open source(Linux). Benar, komputer saya pernah keserang tuh virus. Versi yang menyerang komputer saya adalah Worm32/Brontokbro.E (virus brontok versi E klo g salah sekarang udah versi N yach... :) ) Sekarang komputer saya udah bebas dari tuh virus gara-gara saya lakukan beberapa langkah pengobatan terhadap tuh penyakit sbb : 1. Mengapdate Anti Virus yang terbaru. Dulu saya pake Mc Afee Anti virus versi demo dan sekarang udah pake versi 10 +, dan juga saya mempunyai Norton anti virus yang siap diaktifkan. (2 anti virus, 1 disable). 2. Menghilangkan/menghapus file-file tertentu yang terkena virus melalui safe mode sebagai administrator. (biasanya filenya berbentuk folder yang menyerupai folder yang sebenarnya namun file yang dibentuk dari virus ini berekstention .exe) 3. Gunakan software anti virus Brontok removal (bisa cari di google...) dan jalankan intruksi yang ada. Jika tidak berhasil juga dihilangkan tuh virusnya, maka coba menggunakan anti virus Removal brontok yang versi lainnya. ( saya coba pake anti virus removal versi 1.x.x dan belum juga di hapus tuh virusnya, trus saya pake lagi yang removal brontok versi 2.x , apa yang terjadi. ternyata penghapusan file-file yang terinfeksi virus brontok tersebut belum sempurna alias masih tersisa file-file yang dibuat oleh tuh virus). 4. So, jangan khawatir masih ada jagoan lainnya yang gak kalah hebatnya dari anti virus yang udah terkenal.. deh!!! 5. Saya udah coba scan pake McAfee dan Norton, tapi gak berhasil.. Dan ternyata si Anti Virus Avast! Free Home Edition telah berhasil membabat habis tuh virus.. Makasih buat Avast! Anti Virus.!!! :D 6. Jadi setelah saya install Avast, saya harus menghilangkan anti virus norton terlebih dahulu dan selanjutnya setelah selesai install Avast! saya update McAfeenya. Kemudian saya restart komputernya. dan wah... apa yang terjadi 7. Si Anti Virus Avast! yang baru saya install tadi dapat mendeteksi virus brontok tersebut dengan sempurna, saya pilih Delete untuk option dari file yang terkena virus brontok V.E itu. (Virus-virus lainnya juga ikut ke delete seperti Worm Mytoob dan Somefool, Beaggle, Exploit.HTML.IFrame, HTML.Phising.Bank.) 8. Al hasil. Komputer saya telah menghirup kembali udara segar.. fresh kayak masih perjaka. begono. 9. Semoga bisa membantu. Oh ya ada yang kurang tapi saya lupa urutannya dimanayaitu mendisable regedit dan msconfig setelah menjalankan antivirus brontok removal. Karena klo gak salah virus itu menyerang melalui Regedit.
