kenapa nga buka kantor cabang aja sekalian mas, untuk hal seperti ini bisanya enggineer minim 2 orang setiap site, sparepart harus ready all the time, karena biasanya user perlu cepat jika ada apa2 (down time sangat menentukan untuk perusaan jasa seperti ini), coba contoh atau liat2 cara manajement berca atau hp yang punya service center di kota sekitar site, itu bisa jadi acuan anda dan bahkan bukan tidak mungkin jika perusaan anda bisa memberi service yang lebih baik, anda bisa mengusai pasar untuk itu.kemungkinaan malah anda bisa merambah badan2 pemerintah (kepolisian,pemda dll) sepengetahuan saya sih kota2 yang anda sebutkan untuk bidang IT nya agak kurang maaf untuk masalah biaya jasa dll yach anda bisa compare dengan perusahaan sejenis, maaf yach kalo sarannya nga ngebantu.
