Pengalaman saya, 0800 . itu untuk tollfree-nya Telkom, jadi hubungi langsung ke Telkom aja. Teknisnya, daftar dulu Telkom terdekat. biasanya orang telkom akan cek infrastruktur di gedung yang bersangkutan. Mereka akan tarik kabel sambungan baru seperti line telepon biasa, tapi nomer akses normal nya tetap ada. Misalnya saya, daftar tollfree dikasih nomer 0800 140 dan itu mereka yg nentuin (mau pilih2 bisa dan harganya lebih mahal) tapi juga dapet nomer lokalnya 52657.. Nah, 2 nomer itu kalau di call ya tetap nyambung ke 1 pesawat. Biaya daftarnya waktu itu lupa, karena yg ngurus orang gedung sih. Pak Andre, Aplikasi Call Center itu bisa dilakukan dr mulai yg simple sampai yg kompleks. dimulai dr berapa agent/orang yg terima call, brp trunk/CO lines yg masuk dan keluar, apakah ada integrasi dgn host/database, bgmn voice prompt yg akan dibuat/suara yg terdengar di customer, apakah dibutuhkan recording, apakah diperlukan jg pop up screen, apakah ada rencana utk integrasi ke internet call center, dsb. Yg jelas planning tsb disesuaikan dgn kebutuhan dan budget. Ada banyak vendor penyedia aplikasi call center dr yg small size sampai ke aplikasi yg kompleks. Bisa dgn 3 rd party yg sdh ada, bisa jg dgn vendor khusus penyedia call center. Perusahaan sy salah satunya. Lebih detail bisa hubungi sy via japri. Trims.
