Dh, Hartadhi. Jenis virus ini tidak membuat file virus baru dengan nama sesuai file data yang ada dengan ekstensi EXE (sejenis Worm) Tetapi virus real yang menginfeksi data DOC/XLS anda kemudian merubahnya menjadi file EXE. pembuat virus ini sepertinya berharap, antivirus yg mendeteksinya akan menghapus file-file data tersebut. Beberapa Antivirus memang disinyalir melakukan penghapusan.. tetapi lainnya memasukkan pada quarantine dan antivirus yg bisa mengenali hanya akan menghapus bagian virus yg ada pada file data DOC/XLS tersebut, tetapi sayangnya antivirus tersebut belum mampu mengembalikan Extensi EXE ke extensi asal. sehingga harus kita rubah secara manual. Maka pastikan antivirus anda sudah mendeteksi dan menghilangkan hanya bagian virusnya aja. setelah itu, rubahlah secara manual ekstensinya sesuai file asal. Kalo saya sih prefer pake NOD32, tapi kemaren nyoba removal tool PC Media Antivirus OK juga kayanya. Versi2 awalnya dia pake engine nya Clamwin, tapi kayanya sekarang udah pake engine sendiri. Tetapi untuk yg ukurannya kira2 42kb dan 72kb belum bisa saya atasi, kuat dugaan itu virus lokal, tapi virus apakah gerangan ? Saya sudah coba beberapa trik penghilang virus-virus lain tapi tidak ada yg cocok, misalnya : moonlight,kangen,kantuk,romdil,shur,pluto,borax dll, indikasi keberadaan virus2 ini tidak tampak di pc saya. saya menggunakan NAV juga, hampir tiaphari update, dan virus tersebut tidak terdeteksi oleh NAV.
