Rekan-rekan semuanya. Kenapa Yahoo!Mail ku kalau mau kirim e-mail (compose) jadi error page klik tombol SEND tak ada respon. Untuk ngecek e-mail tak masalah. Menggunakan IE 6 dan IE 7, win XP sp2. Khusus Yahoo! lama saja, Gmail dan Yahoo! Beta tak masalah. Mau menggunakan Yahoo! Beta kelamaan loadingnya. Mohon pencerahannya... yang pake outlook express 6 nich settingnya: YPOPs! and Outlook Express 6 1. Select Accounts... from the Tools menu. 2. Click Add button and select Mail 3. Enter your name and click Next. 4. Enter your email address and click Next. 5. Set My incoming mail server is a to POP3. 6. Set Incoming (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) mail server to 127.0.0.1. 7. Set Outgoing (SMTP) mail server to 127.0.0.1 and click Next. (Verify that SMTP is enabled in YPOPs.) 8. Set Account name: to your Yahoo! login. 9. Set Password: to you Yahoo! password and hit Next. 10. Hit Finish. 11. Click on new account named 127.0.0.1 and hit Properties. 12. Rename account to YPOPs or something nice. 13. Select Servers tab. 14. Check My server requires authentication. 15. Select Advanced tab. 16. Change Server Timeouts to Long - 5 minutes. 17. You may wish to select Leave a copy of messages on server. This way the messages will not be deleted from Yahoo! when you download them. 18. You may wish to select Remove from server when deleted from 'Deleted Items'. This way when you delete a message in OE and empty the trash it's deleted from Yahoo! as well. Iya memang. Saya bilang bisa itu karena saya di rumah pake Outlook dan Outlook Express narik account saya di yahoo.com (saya gak punya account yahoo.co.id). Ypops! itu aplikasi gateway yang harus diinstall di pc (kecil kok) supaya bisa narik dari yahoo.com. Bukan email client. Nariknya ya bisa tetep pake Outlook. Karena udah lama banget installnya, dan selama pake nggak pernah ngerubah, jadi udah lupa detilnya. Ini saya copyin aja deh dari websitenya, cara setting untuk Outlook Express: http://www.ypopsemail.com/modules.php?op=modloadname=Sectionsfile=indexreq=viewarticleartid=5page=1 1. Select Tools - Email accounts from the main menu 2. Select Add a new email account and click on Next 3. Select POP3 as the Server Type. Click Next 4. Enter your username and full Yahoo! email address under 'User Information' 5. Enter your Yahoo! Login id and password under 'Logon Information' 6. Enter '127.0.0.1' as your Incoming mail server 7. Enter '127.0.0.1' as the Outgoing mail server 8. Click on the More Settings button and select the Advanced tab 9. Increase the Server Timeout to 'Long' (5 minutes) 10. Select the Outgoing Server tab 11. Enable My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Select Log on using and enter your Yahoo Mail address as the username and your Yahoo 12. Dear All Ada yang tau gak ato pernah ngalamin kejadian yg agak Lucu dan aneh di Mail Yahoo, gini ceritanya gw kan punya account Yahoo Mail 2 buah yang satu di yahoo.com yang satu lagi yahoo.com.sg, dirumah pake internet Speedy, yang jadi keanehan dan kelucuan itu kalo dirumah gw mo coba login di yahoo.com gak bisa, begitu klik login setelah isi password koneksi seperti not responding (gbr 2 kompie dideket jam gak kedip2) trus gak berapa lama langsung The Page cannot be displayed, kirain yahoonya ato speedynya lagi ada masalah, trus ta' cobain account yang yahoo.com.sg bisa masuk tuh, gw suruh abang gw n adek gw login pake yahoo.com mereka dirumah pada bisa login cuman punya gw yang kayak dibanned gitu, penasaran gw coba juga pake Notebook dgn Modem internal biasa (DialUp) n koneksi CBN Net eeeh sama juga yahoo.com gw gak bisa login dengan pesan yg sama, tapi yg laen bisa heran banget gw, curiga ada pirus or spyware? gak mungkin wong saking penasarannya gw bawa tu notebook kekantor yg pake koneksi internet Leased line dari Lintas Artha gak taunya bisa tu yahoo.com gw kan lucu bin aneh, jadi apanya yg masalah dong kalo gitu?? Yahoo.com, Telkom speedy, CBN Net, Lintas Artha, browser, OS ato apa yach yg lagi error?? binun bener nich, biasanya gw suka cari tau sendiri tapi kali ini gw nyerah deh makanya tanya ke milis sapa tau ada yg ngalamin sama ama gw n dah ketemu solusinya. Yahoo on Tuesday said it plans to once again boost its free e-mail storage limit--this time to 1GB, the same amount offered by archrival Google. Beginning in late April, Yahoo will upgrade free users to the new storage limit of 1GB, up from its current 250MB. The company said it will take about two weeks for all Yahoo Mail users to see the boost. Yahoo's storage upgrade comes one week after Google started offering Gmail accounts to random visitors of its home page. This has led to heightened speculation in news articles and blogs that Google plans to open Gmail's doors to the public on April 1, a year after it launched in its current test form. Brad Garlinghouse, Yahoo's vice president of communications products, said in an interview that Yahoo Mail's storage upgrade was not in response to Google's latest moves. Instead, he said Yahoo is paying attention to what users are doing and how they're using their in-boxes. Since Gmail premiered last year, free e-mail has changed. Popular Web mail services such as Yahoo and Microsoft's Hotmail had offered strict storage limitations to their in-boxes, and required people to pay extra for additional space. Shortly after Gmail was released, Yahoo announced plans to boost its storage to 100MB from 4MB, and then upgraded it again to 250MB in November. Subsequently, Microsoft said it would implement its own storage boost to 250MB. Besides the 1GB of storage, Yahoo Mail will offer antivirus scanning.
