Ah itu sih sangat mudah sekali..!!, dari hasil terawangan saya disini, yang anda harus lakukan adalah, JUAL AJA DI BURSA KOMPUTER, TERUS BELI KOMPUTER BARU!!...(tentungan yang lebih cepet proses kerjanya!!) yang lama itu apa, komputernya yang model lama, atau proses kerjanya lama, kalau komputernya model lama, ya otomotis proses kerjanya juga lama, betul nggak kawan-kawan IT-ers??? Kalau yang dimaksudkan dengan lama, adalah waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk memproses sesuatu, dibandingkan dengan beberapa hari yang lalu, sekarang menjadi lebih lama proses kerjanya, mungkin terlalu banyak program yang dibuka secara tidak disadari atau komputer terkena virus. Coba masuk ke msconfig dengan cara : Start, Run, ketikkan msconfig dan klik tombol OK, maka beberapa saat kemudian akan muncul menu System Configuration Utility dengan tab General, System.ini, Win.ini, Boot.ini, Services dan Startup. Kemudian klik tab Starup, maka akan tampil program-program yang dijalankan saat kita menstart komputer, tanpa kita perintahkan. Coba klik Disable All dan klik Apply dan OK, maka akan ada menu pilihan apakah komputer akan di restart atau tidak. Pilih untuk restart sekarang. Komputer akan restart dan setelah desktop tampil dan normal, coba jalankan suatu proses, rasakan, apakah sekarang, waktu yang dibutuhkan komputer untuk memproses sesuatu menjadi lebih cepat ? Kalau ya, berarti lambatnya proses, disebabkan terlalu banyaknya program yang dijalankan saat komputer distart. Kalau dengan kondisi ini tidak ada permasalahan dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari, artinya tidak ada sesuatu yang tidak bekerja, maka biarkan kondisinya seperti ini. Kalau misalnya ada sesuatu yang terjadi, misalnya scanner tidak bekerja, Auto Protect Anti Virus tidak berfungsi dan lainnya, masuk lagi ke Start, Run, msconfig, startup dan pilih dengan mencentang kotak di depan nama program yang dibutuhkan misalnya untuk Auto Protect NAV, yang dicentang adalah ccApp dan ADVCHK dan untuk Scanner Microtek, yang dicentang adalah Microtec Scanner Finder. Setelah itu restart lagi, maka sekarang peralatan tersebut akan bekerja.
