Kalau di Windows XP, telnet itu adanya di C:\windows\system32, dgn asumsi bahwa C: adalah drive windows anda. Di command prompt, coba ketik PATH, maka anda akan menemukan daftar directory mana saja yg sudah di-refer oleh command prompt. Untuk menambahkan directory tertentu, coba ke control panel - system properties - tab advanced - environment variables.
