AMB, the backend that provides vehicle data has a websockets plugin. Afraid I don't know of an API that supplies this functionality. But perhaps someone else might have an idea of how to set up such a thing. You can find the API references for Tizen on this page: https://developer.tizen.org/documentation/dev-guide/2.2.1 Tizen IVI also supplies a remote media API to use DLNA called MediaServer, which lives in the wrt-plugins-ivi package.
