Hello there; You need to; 1, open outlook; 2, now press, Alt+f=file menu, Up arrow and enter on, Import&export And choose outlook. 3, now you need to choose, import from another file or program, Now, choose personal addressbook. Now, you can browse for the file which is on your Thumbdrive. I enter number a lot both on and off the phone. I have the num lock on all the time. I have my keyboard layout set to Laptop so use the laptop JAWS keys for my JAWS commands.
