Hello,

I don't have the latest version of CDex, but when I last used it, CDex creates
its own music folder under the CDex directory and doesn't use the default music
folder on a pc when creating files, I believe probably any recorded files,
although I've only made microphone recordings

I am runnin the most recent version of cdex and I am helping a friend to use
the same program as I. When I was introduced, a friend showed me how to
make sure that any cd I extracted, went directly into a music folder where I
could then move it to any location I wanted. Because he was so quick at the
computer, I am not able to take what he did and help my friend to do the

Would anyone know where I can find what she extracted and furthermore, would
anyone know how to set it up where when she extracted a cd, that it would
extract to a folder she wanted it to go.

Re: [JAWS-Users] JAWS 13 and Notetab lite text editor

2012-06-10 Thread Hans Pauli Sundstein

Hi Greg Wocher.

I have searched the internet for alternate scripts for NoteTab Lite, but
was'nt able to find any!

The only information i could find, that probably can help you, is, that the
newest version of NoteTab has an accessability problem with screenreaders,
so if you should be able to find an older version of the program, you should
be working fine.

Hope this help's.

everything that has been typed. I think that should explain it a bit

is

repeated with every keystroke. I even opened up a text file and tried

whole document instead of just the character I typed. Anyone have any

Also, I know it is a problem with notetab because JAWS does not exhibit

Hello,
There is a program called JWin that you can get from empowermentzone.com.
It will do the automatic install of the Java Access bridge. Iam not sure of
the URL to get it. You should be able to google for it.
Hope this helps,

[JAWS-Users] automatic installer for java access bridge

2012-06-10 Thread André van Deventer
Hi all

As far as I understand it, you need the java access bridge for any java
application to work with Jaws and other screen reader.

I downloaded this application but it is a zip file with a lot of loose
files. As far as I understand the documentation you now have to copy the
files in the zip archive all over the place.

I have been unable to find any automatic installer in .exe file format
anywhere. Is this zip file where you have to copy everything yourself the
only way to install access bridge or is there some kind of automatic
installer somewhere?

Andre

Hello Muhammad,

If you are talking about filling in a protected form that was created using
the legacy form controls then all you need to do to check or uncheck a
checkbox is to use the spacebar.

Take care.

Hello Muhammad Babar Shahzad,
I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish? Do you want the document
to be read only, or do you want to password protect? If password
protection is what you want pressing alt F then E, followed by E will
bring you to a password protection dialog box in which you can put in a
password and press enter and you will then be prompted to confirm the
password. A bit of caution though, if you put a password on a document
and then forget the password you will not be able to get into your
document. If making a document read only is your goal, then follow these
steps. 1. Press f-12 for the save as dialog. 2. press the letter L for the
tools menu, then down arrow and press enter on general options. 3. To
check the read only check box you can press alt E or tab to the box and
press the space bar. 4. If you have already saved the document you will
want to save it again now with another name to make it read only. If you
want to make a read only document no longer read only follow the previous
steps and step 3 pressing the alt E key sequence will uncheck the read
only check box. I hope this helps!

Sincerely, Ryan West
