Re: [JAWS-Users] windows live mail
Actually sorry if I have been short with anybody over the past couple of days. We all know the frustration of doing something right and it still doesn't work. My wife said that the installer for Windows Live Mail has various pictures IE graphics in front of each of the items included so that's why all of them had a different number assigned to them, nobody without enough vision would have got it. I am happy to report her system is up and running with windows 7, and all seems to be well. Thank you to everybody who helped me out during this project. I've done this before without a fourth of the drama as this trip around the block gave me. I thought I was getting good at it, ever been wrong? Dave, the last time I installed it, I think if I selected the radio button to customize it, there was a list of ten items and you could check and uncheck the different components. Just like you, all I wanted was Windows Live Mail; I didn't want Messenger, MovieMaker, Family Safety or any of that other crap. - Original Message - From: Lenny McHugh lmch...@verizon.net To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Sent: Thursday, August 22, 2013 8:44 AM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] windows live mail David, on this machine windows live mail was automatically installed with the win 7 OS. I am trying to install windows live mail on Patty's computer but the installer insists that everything included be installed even though I don't want anything else. There is a button that states something like choose what programs you want but it doesn't seem to do anything. I know there are some live mail experts on here and I hope that one of you will send an answer along forthwith. The loading of her system is almost complete and it would be done already if it weren't for all of these little roadblocks that keep popping up. Re: [JAWS-Users] Internet 10 not reading combo boxes
Complex combo boxes require the key combination of alt plus down arrow to open them and then the up and down arrow keys will work. If you are using JAWS that is. I know IE is a browser.
