Are you using the regular Amazon site or the other site which is "Optimized for Screen Readers". On the regular site, Amazon has been fooling around with the layout of the site, and it has ben causing a lot of problems. You could probably check out easier through the Optimized site, but the shopping experience leaves a lot to be desired. I have been using w8.1 for sometime now, I guess I should go try my W7 and see... just didn't think about trying it and as I said this only happened a couple weeks ago, when I noticed some changes the site. Folks, with great delight I was able to take a PDF document that came up as document empty and for the first time using JAWS plus space bar, tap the letter O for OCR and then tap the letter D for document and there it was!! The document converted to text and with great delight I could read it without having to do a separate process of scanning or getting sighted assistance. Very very nice. My regards to FS for this.
