Subject: [JAWS-Users] How can I delete folders in Outlook 2010

Hi Everyone,

I have Windows 7, Outlook 2010 and JAWS 13. I recently created some folders
in Outlook and now, I want to completely delete a few of the folders and the
name I gave the folders. All of the e-mails are out of these folders.

I tried to press the delete key when I was on the folder, but nothing
happened. Is there a way to accomplish this task? Any help will be greatly
appreciated.

you have an option to save the link as... and enter on the name of the file?

I may be way behind on any of your emails so pardon me if this was
already mentioned or tried. With JAWS 17 have you tried the OCR which
should pull the text to a virtual screen. Then copy and paste?

When opening up document and you get document empty try:
Only JAWS version 16 and up
Insert + spacebar
Then tap O for OCR
Then tap D for document

Is there a setting that will allow the menus or tools to show up with
JAWS 14 or 17 so that a document can be saved?

I can no longer download my bank statements, but I can get them to
appear on the screen with tools which include an option to save the
document. Neither JAWS version is seeing the tools.

There are no menus and the JAWS curser is not showing any options either.

The context menu appears blank.

Thanks.

2016-05-12 Thread George Martinez
I am using JAWS 17 and MAGic 13 with a little vision but run into your Context
menu problem constantly on bank web sites.
AS a CPA I go to most of the major banks and many not so major to download bank
statements. In 90% of the cases JAWS does not read the context menu even
though it is there.
When you have your bank statement pulled up on the screen try pressing the ALT
key to see if it brings up the Menu Bar options.

Hi,
I'm told that for Java to work with JAWS, you need to have both 32- and
64-bit versions of Java installed on the computer. I've had this
non-working of Java with JAWS issue; and next time, I'll install both Java
versions and then try it again.

While installing Java (JDK 8) under Windows 10, I discovered that JAWS was
unable to read the dialogues of the installation software.

A colleague helped me to complete the installation. I then invoked the
"jabswitch -enable" command as noted in the Java accessibility
documentation,

which is supposed to enable the Java Access Bridge. After dooing so however,
the Java Control Panel (presumably a Java application that is included in
the

Java package) was still not accessible with JAWS.

The machine is running JAWS 17.

Have others encountered this problem? Is there a known fix? I need to run at
least one Java application, although it may not be using the Java SWING
components and thus it may be accessible anyway - I'll probably have an
opportunity to find out tomorrow.
It's actually the Cisco WebEx Meeting application, which I want to use for
certain meetings that I attend.
