Hello there;

So if you bring up your outlook addressbook,
Ctrl+shift+b,
And if you do either a search or just arrow through the contacts do you
see

your group name?

I know in outlook 2010,
If you, bring up the contacts with ctrl+3,
Now use the keystroke,
Alt+h/m,
This gets you to add a member.
Maybe give this a try,
Also, if you can find your group in outlook 2007 contacts,
Maybe press the applications key and see if there's an add contact.

I said the other day that insert shift r always works with Outlook 2003
but
never worked for me with Outlook Express. Well, tonight I had an
experience
in which I used it and it did not work. My post went to tne entire list
and

not to the individual. So I'm wondering if whether or not it works depends
on the list as well as the email program.

Windows 7 latest version Jaws 13, IE 9. Jaws stopped spontaneously reading
the names of my folders in Outlook email so I wanted to exit Jaws and then
return to it because that usually fixes the problem. But when I go to
insert
J and then to Exit and press enter, Jaws does not ask me If I want to

It pays no attention. Any suggestions?

OK boys and girls here is what I have come up with this morning before
I decide to do something else I decided to take a detailed look at the
key map files provided by FS and what the difference was since I
started messing around with them yesterday.

The following code is taken from the key map file that I created and
underneath it is the code provided by FS. Note the subtle discrepancy
in the string of text. It is so slight I almost missed it but
something just didn't ring right so I took a closer look.

This is from my own outlook 2003 key map file, but the same holds true
in all of the rest. Note: so far I can only confirm this in outlook
express and outlook 2003.

NB: do not try and modify their key map files, create your own instead.
The
fact is if I can confirm that this works in outlook 2007 / 2010 I
might just zip up all four key map files and put them up for download.
They are only
8
kb each so compressed virtually nothing.

Hi All, I ran across this note from a fellow list member thought it
should

be shared.

At the bottom of these instructions are more notes about clipboard
security

with IE7 IE8.

From:
davidwhitehead1...@cogeco.ca

Clipboard Security

Clipboard Security Test - Internet Explorer

If you are using Internet Explorer as your default browser, there is a
good

chance that despite being up to date with all your hot fixes, you are
vulnerable
to a clipboard exploit where a web site can grab whateverdata was last
copied to your clipboard. This can be achieved by simply visiting the
page.

As
soon as you access the page, theexploiter can grab whatever you last
copied. This can be very dangerous if the last thing you copied before
visiting the
site was sensitive information such as credit card numbers, passwords, or
other personal data. The clipboard in Windows is where anything you copy,
whether
it be data or images, is stored. You can access and view your clipboard
content easily by entering clipbrd in the Run box and clicking Ok. The
actual
file is located in your System directory. Here is a test page that will
let
you know if you are protected from this exploit or not. To see if you
are

vulnerable:
1. Select (highlight) some text, Do a control C to copy the text to the
clipboard.

2. Then click here:

http://www.angelfire.com/on3/vxdoin2/clipbrdtest.html

If you see the text you copied on the page, then you are vulnerable and
should follow these instructions immediately. Note: Use a website /
webpage other
than your homepage when following the steps below.

Hello there; these following steps; are for users of IE8, regardless of
what

operating system your using;   try the following;
1, While on a website / webpage other than your homepage, internet
explorer,

2, alt+t=tools, O=options,
3, now ctrl+tab=security tab,
4, tab and enter on, security custom...
5, now you need to navigate way down the page and look for; Allow
Programmatic clipboard access disable should be off, touch spacebar, and
Allow Programmatic
clipboard access disable will be on. now tab to okay, and say yes to
changing security. again tab to okay / close and press enter.
