Re: [JAWS-Users] Compatable Mailing List Builders
Hello I wonder why you are afraid of the captcha. Since when I use WebVisum, I don't have any problem with most types of Captcha. It reads them for me. I'm checking out Sendfree for the email list since they don't have a caption image. Thanks. I remember looking at both Host Gator and Blue Host a long time ago. The signup is accessible. Thanks. I don't do this but one of the things which I love the most about Gator is your ability to pay on a month to month bases. Of course, if you do this, it will cost you more in the long run. I have an affiliate link if you're interested in signing up as well contact me off list. One of the other things I like about Gator is their customer service. They'll help you if you need it along the way. I've not heard anything at all negative about Bluehost but, me personally, I've never used them. I do know that they have a one touch installation tool for wordpress if you're interested in using that. Both of these host are well recommended within the podcasting community. Also for building email lists, campains, whatever you choose to call them. I use mail chimp. It can be a little daunting to get set up at first, but, once you do, they work well. I can tell you that both hosts listed also do offer email list capabilities as well. - Original Message - From: "Nicole Valicia Thompson-Andrews" To: Sent: Monday, September 30, 2013 15:39 Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Compatable Mailing List Builders > How about compatible web hosts? I know mailman is accessible. But I don't know about Mail Chimp. I only guess it must be accessible. I created RAVI mailing lists with mailman. [JAWS-Users] The 1000 word limit in JAWS dictionary
Hello You might know that JAWS dictionary has a limit of 1000 words. We can't add more than that amount to the dictionary, but there is a Persian programmer who has used some tricks to add over 10,000 words to JAWS dictionary. He has developed a software named FarsiJAWS. FarsiJAWS is able to read over 10,000 Farsi words. He does not tell us how he has managed to do such thing. Can anyone give me a clue to this? I searched the web, but I found nothing. I only know his software includes some JCF files. (JAWS Configuration File). I can send samples if needed. Thanks indeed Patricia. One is named Windows mail and the other one is named Windows Live Mail 8. I know WM and WLM are not the same as OE, but I mean the interfaces are very similar. Now I have two problems with both versions. The first problem is, neither one reads the number of unread messages in my Inbox. the very bad problem is , JAWS does not distinguish between the read messages and unread messages. It only keeps saying unread, unread, unread. I tried that with both WM and WLM8. I also tried both of them with all these versions of JAWS: 10, 11 and 13. Is there any kind of solution, script, setting, manipulation, configuration or newer version of WLM or JAWS that can solve this problem? For example if I add a piece of code to the scripts, or I use newer versions of WLM or I use JAWS 14, this problem can be solved?
