[JAWS-Users] Moving between shared calendars in outlook!
Hi All, Has anyone got any tips for working within shared calendars in Outlook 2016? For instance, if you are comparing things like available dates and the like between yourself and another persons shared calendar, whats a quick way of moving between both calendars?. Hope I have this right. Many thanks, Paul. --- This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software. https://www.avast.com/antivirus For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/
Re: [JAWS-Users] Microsoft surface notebook
Hi, Is there a free upgrade to the full windows 10 for people using a screen reader?. If so how do you go about obtaining the upgrade, how does MS know that you are using a screen reader?. Many thanks, Paul. -Original Message- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Joseph Lee Sent: Thursday 22 June 2017 23:21 To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] Microsoft surface notebook Hi, All but one: Surface laptop running Windows 10 S. In fact, any computer running Windows 10 S isn't compatible with JAWS, nor can run JAWS at this time. Re: [JAWS-Users] JAWS 17 Window not displaying properly!
Hi Rick, and Adrien Thanks for coming back to me. JAWS is set to run from the system tray and while I have my own JAWS 18 set to work this way and it works fine for me the JAWS 17 on another computer is not behaving in the same way. I mean that pulling jaws up on my own machine using JAWS key + J I can then down arrow through the various sub menus of the jaws settings but pulling up JAWS 17 on the other computer using keys, "JAWS key + J and down arrowing does not produce the same results in that all I get is the options and inside the options sub menu are the usual choices ending with exit. Hi All, Got a Dell laptop with windows 7 installed. Whenever I try and bring up the JAWS 17 window to access something like the Utilities menu all I get is the Options menu and a system menu. Most of the items in the system are greyed out such as restore, minimised and maximised so nothing to access of any use there. I did a repair of JAWS and even downloaded an available update but still no joy. I also checked the resolution and it was at a value somewhere in the middle of a range of different values indicating that this was the recommended one. Just wondered if anyone has any thoughts on this. Many thanks for help.
