[JAWS-Users] W8.1 outlook 13 Jaws 16
I am uncertain what went wrong, but I had tried to put my Gmail in my outlook and know now google does not like that for security reasons. But since removing it, not sure I accidently hit something more, but my main Comcast email does not show in my accounts in order to remove, when I was trying to run repairs it would come up as a different Comcast I have in my accounts. I added my email all over, and now it shows a tcsnelling1@comcast.. And the old one is still sitting at the top of my screen. I ran a repair on the entire outlook system as well.. any ideas, will I need to remove the program entirely and reload? Problem is I do not have a CD on here, and not sure of the process or what is needed to redo this. Much appreciation for help. She just submitted an order and it worked as normal for her. I just submitted an order yesterday afternoon, and the only thing I had to do was to double-click the checkout button with the Jaws cursor left-mouse simulation numpad slash. I don't know if that methodology would work in Windows 8.1 since the review mode is different; and I don't have access to 8.1 as I haven't installed the upgrade on my older Vista laptop. (I'm sticking with Win 7 on the other boxes.) The other issue I had yesterday is updating the date on an expired credit card. In case anybody encounters this issue, here is a brief description and my resolution. Hopefully, Eric Damry can get a fix in... 1. If you need to update a Credit Card on Amazon, or I assume if you put in data for a new one, you will get a new screen. 2. There will be two menu buttons above the continue button. Going from the top, the first button will update the expiree year. 3. If you click on this button, it opens a bunch of years from 2014 through 2034 that are links. 4. When I entered on the correct link, in this case, 2018, and filled out the month in the same manner, I had no success after hitting continue. The month and year would show visited but the update would not get honored. 5. To get the update to work, I had to click on the first button menu for the year; double-click 2018 with the left-mouse, then open the second button menu for the month, double-click on 04 for April. Then, if I hit the Continue button, it would update the expiration date on my existing credit card. Hope this might help out others. I used Jaws 16 latest beta with IE 11. [JAWS-Users] Quickbooks pro 2014
Needing to upgrade for banking purposes, I was planning to go w/qkbks since I understand scripts have been created to work with it and Jaws. I have the latest Jaws 15, W8.1 and with quickbooks pro 2014, anyone know if this is working with the scripts created this past year and where I can get those/? Re: [JAWS-Users] Outlook 2013
First, my apologies for the OT as I did have concerns and obviously did not inquire first. Yes, both manually and auto, but what it appears is the problem... Home/student 2013, one has to purchase the calendar and outlook separately.. looks like $99 per year.. amazing, between all the annual fees to use software I am not sure how one can do this. I need/want to be able to synch w/ICloud and now office 2013, my success w/2010 has not been dependable. But there are so many options and not sure what really is dependable at this point. I have the 5S, JFW 15, a new windows 8, and the home/student office for 2013, came installed as a app on w8, and need some suggestion on where to move forward with setting all this up and counting on my contacts and calendar to be there on whatever device when needed! Hi Tamera, Someone may correct me on this, but using Outlook 2010 it appears that you would with a message closed go to the view menu and scroll down to conversations submenu. Press enter or the right arrow key and check the box that reads "Show as conversations". It looks different using JAWS 14, Windows 8, and Outlook 2010 I am not sure if it will look the same to you or not. One other step you will have to do is choose if you want it to apply to a particular folder or if you want it to apply to all folders. I do not use it so I checked where I thought it was under the view tab and sure enough I tried it and it did delete a group of messages. So, to recap: 1. go to view tab. 2. scroll down to conversations (submenu). 3. Press enter or right arrow to expand the menu. 4. Check the box that says "show as conversations" 5. Shift tab if you want the view to apply to all folders and press the spacebar on the selection that says "all folders". I hope this is what you are looking for, if not write back or I am sure someone will jump in. Take care. -Original Message- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Tamera Sent: Tuesday, December 17, 2013 11:54 AM To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: [JAWS-Users] outlook 2010 deleting email threads?
