shift tab twice to the list of documents and arrow to the one desired and

yes, ctrl f does work, if, and only if you know the email address, but other
wise if you don't remember like me, you have to shift tab to the contact

Control f to Forward a message, works for me, using Windows Live Mail in
Windows7. If the email has an attachment, then by default it will be
sent. If you don't want to send the attachment, in any case you can
delete it from the attachment field which, in my version, is just prior
to (shift+tab from) the message body.

Hi, I save the attachment first, go to ault f, and arrow to save split 
butten, arrow right, and then down to save attachments, and tab to save and 
you should have it saved to where ever you save things, desk top, docquments 
or where ever you have it set to. susie

A quick way to save attachments is alt-f, v (for victor). Then you meet 
the Save/save-as  dialogue, or you can press ENTER.
