In Windows 10 it didn't want to install, because I had the windows store set to only installs apps from the store. I tab once to settings link-enter. The combobox sounded, so I press alt + down arrow and arrowed to install apps from any where-enter, Press alt F4. Now, when I went back to my download folder and try to install the new update it installed nice.
