[JAWS-Users] Jaws and Total Recorder
Hi group, I'm using Total Recorder Pro 8.6 and I need to be reminded of something. What do I do to configure Total Recorder so Jaws is not heard in the recording? It's been some time since I used TR and I'm not remembering what I need to do. If anyone can please help I would really appreciate it. [JAWS-Users] jaws and total recorder
I have been trying to find a way to keep jaws from being recorded when I use total recorder. I have tried all kinds of things with no luck. I wrote to high criteria and this is what they said. They said that I need to set jaws to use my sound card driver and not my total recorder driver. If this is so, how do I accomplish this? Thanks for any help. Hi, That is another command to silence jaws, or, if you have a mute key on your laptop, you can mute and un-mute. Some people will lower the volume to zero. Whatever works for you... Hello George you do not have to shut down jaws to use total recorder there are several drivers that are installed at the time of the installation of total recorder you must uncheck all but one of these. In jaws 10.0 and up, go to the "utility" menu and then to the "soundcard" submenu" and select your soundcard. IN jaws 9.0 and earlier, you need to manually edit your jfw.ini file.
