Don,

Looks like going through list mail two or three others have
reported too. This is good so hopefully they will be on
their way to a fix.

Hi Al,

I must be the other person who reported this issue
to FS. I do have a case number and they have gotten back to
me, so someone seems to be working on the problem.

I also urge others to contact FS.

Hello list,

Well I just got off the phone with a senior Jaws
escalation specialist. He called to get additional
information on the Jaws crashing and/or pausing issues some
of us are having with Jaws 16 and/or 17 and Windows 7 and/or
10. I know we have had several folks speaking of some or all
of the above. Unfortunately only myself and one other person
has reported this to Freedom Scientific as far as he knows
of.

The purpose of this post is to urge anyone having this issue
(all or part) to contact Freedom Scientific by phone or
email to report this issue. This will generate a case number
and the team can then try to get at some similarities to
begin to debug the issue. Again, and this has been said many
times, if you don't report issues to freedom scientific and
only do so on the list, remedies will not be made. So, you
can let me know on list or off if you report.

Best,

Al
