I use the mobil version of the bank of america site. it's truly a clean site
with few links that allow you to do most things. bofa.mobi I hope this helps.

Stephanie if you use the key command Insert-F7 and bring up the links list
view, press the letter b until you reach bill pay and enter. I use this web
site often and if you need help email me off list.

Stephanie, I went to the bank of America.com site and of course I can't log in,
but I will tell you what I found and hopefully it will give you some direction.
When you are on the site at the top of the page press l and it will bring you
to the first list. If you arrown down once it will say personal. Press enter
on this. Then it will bring up a new page, press h for headings and you will
come to one that say something like handle banking online and if you arrow
down once it will say bill pay. I hope that helps you some. I agree it is
tricky; but I think you can handle it.

Hi all,
Have any of you tried navigating the Bank of America website? It's a nightmare!
I do pretty well at navigating websites, but this one is next to impossible-and
they even have so-called tips for screen readers.
One example of what I'm trying to do is go to the Bill Pay tab which is
apparently on the homepage somewhere.
Any tips or tricks for navigating their webpages would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much,
Stephanie
