Hi, Mitch. I don't have that problem too often but when that has happened, I closed outlook express like you would close any program with alt f-4. Then I reloaded outlook express and that fixed the problem. Hope this helps. hi Eric and all. I to have been having a problem with out look express. What happens is this some times I will be arrowing through in OE with jaws 7.0 and then all of a sudden jaws will say top of window and bottom of window and that is it. Then When I un load jaws and then re load jaws and when it comes back up what happens is it will make a pingging sound and that is it or some times it will make the pingging sound and say un red and that is it. Mamta, There have been updates to that version of JAWS 8 that you have installed. I suggest that you go to the JAWS window and open the Help Menu. In that menu, press enter on the item "Check for Updates". It should find the update (build 2173) and install it for you automatically. If you are still having the problem, a call to the Freedom Scientifc support should be able to sort it out.
