Once I restarted the computer to complete the update, jaws stopped reading things properly. It announces which button etc that I am pressing but read nothing on the screen or in the menus etc. I got my sighted boyfriend to look through the jaws options and we have selected “read all” but nothing has changed. Does anybody know what the problem might be and how to resolve it please? Hi Suzanne, I believe what the other member is referring to is the, Startup Wizard. And it is found in the Help Menu in Jaws.
