Re: [JAWS-Users] accessibility on gotomeeting and citrix online
Actually you need to install the same version of jaws on the citrix server as well as your desktop. This is usually the show stopper. You also need to pro version of jaws. Once connected to the server the server version of jaws authorizes it self from your desktop and you are good to go. With out these two things it isn't going to work. Re: [JAWS-Users] accessibility on gotomeeting and citrix online
My appologies, Yes it would have to be hosted by the provider. It is on the citrix server where jaws needs to be installed and it needs to be the same version or newer than what is on the desktop. In this case you probably can't. I Haven't ever heard of a provider installing jaws on their server. I Haven't had to use Go To Meeting so I can't speak to it directly. Re: [JAWS-Users] accessibility on gotomeeting and citrix online
Hi Andre, Don't know if this will help at all. Most of the webinars I need to listen to are provided by a U.S. government department. I sent an email objecting to the lack of accessability of GoToMeeting. While they didn't seem willing or able to take that on, they did give me an email address that is attended during the webinars so that I can submit questions comments instead of using that feature on the site.
