Hi
Hasn't Yahoo messenger changed somehow so it it much harder to use? I
can't remember exactly how.

So, does the latest Yahoo work with JAWS 11 then? If so I may try it.

Yahoo works with Jaws 10 but I can't say it works well. It looses focus,
won't speak the complete name in the message and now I have a five second
delay before I hear the message. I really want to go back to live but I
can't get it to work. I downloaded the 11 beta and it works great there, but
well not in 10.
I'm wondering if I can't use the scripts that came with J11 in j10 and how
to do that in that case.

Windows live messenger tells me now that I have to install the newest
version to continue to log in. I am not going to rant about how much that
makes me mad. I downloaded the newest version not too long ago and it did
not work at all for me. Is that the way it will be? That I will no longer be
able to use messenger because of Microsofts conviction that they know what
you want and what is best for you?
anyone know if there is any way around this or if it is just to grit my
teeth and push the ok button?
maybe this question has been dealt with here but I didn't pay attention.

It came this morning and after some cursing and swearing I decided to
abandon MSN and go back to Yahoo. My contact list is quite short so I won't
have any real losses personally. microsoft just makes me mad sometimes.

I have gotten the nag about the new version for a while, but have not
received any notification about a mandatory upgrade, and my WLM still
worked normally this morning before I left for work.

If you upgrade make sure you got the latest jaws and watch the
screens. Tab through them and make sure it only loads up what you want.
