I hope the mailinglist will not be discontinued but : I would like to see a newsgroup instead of the mailinglist. I think the forums are a good addon to the support service of jboss, but then again I dont think I will be browsing it for questions I can answer. I would rather do that on a newsgroup. The only minus to a newsgroup functionality is the lack of search through archive methood. if this would be provided somewhere in webspace I think it would be the perfect support solution. [JBoss-user] porting code...(new2jboss-question)
Is it possible to implement a ejbFindBySQLWhere(java.lang.String) in jboss ? this is finder method is one of the methods that are implemented in Persistance Powertier, and I am working on porting some code from there. Well the Wrapers that powertier generates uses this method. The following lines I found in the ejb 1.1 spec. : The finder methods are generated at the entity bean deployment time using the container provider's tools. The tools can, for example, create a subclass of the entity bean class that implements the ejbFindMETHOD() methods, or the tools can generate the implementation of the finder methods directly in the class that implements the entity bean's home interface. so according to this if it hasnt been built into Jboss its not possible, or what ? thanx, r ___ JBoss-user mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/jboss-user

Does Jboss support Relations (1-n,n-n,0-1...) if so, how do I tell Jboss how my beans are related, so that the relations will be created in the database ?
