You can simplify it if you can use PHP.
You acquire yahoo data in following PHP and receive it in csv2table of
same domain.

$data=file_get_contents($url);
// for safe Tag to lt; gt;
echo htmlspecialchars($data, ENT_QUOTES);

But please be careful about security.

Oh, there is a method using Web service to perform csv to json.
For example, it is YQL.
But csv2table does not support json now.
Because I am busy now :(, I cannot make it immediately.
