Does anyone happen to know how to do this same query in SQL. I am using
Microsoft SQL 2000 and can't find a similar query to accomplish this same
task. Any help would be appreciated.

Try using the command:

SELECT * FROM TABLE LIMIT 0,50;

Obviously changing the numbers does what you need.
