Chad,

I hope it was good. I'll have materials and links into the wiki this week
but probably not today.

Re Was it good?, I thought so!

Andrew did a great job of laying out the basic benefits and operation
of CAS. I feel like I've now got a good handle on it and have an
idea about when to use it, or not.

Duffy's talk, on Shibboweth*, was a little shorter and further into
an area that I don't have much experience with, but I enjoyed it, too.

It was interesting to hear that the inventor of CAS went on to become
a lawyer. I had a great student in a CS class last semester who's
interested in becoming a lawyer. I encouraged him to use his powers
for good, not evil! :)

(*) Miss the talk, miss the jokes!

I couldn't make this one, unfortunately.

Was it good? Any materials to put on the wiki?

As usual meet and greet starts at 6:30 at our normal meeting spot

Meeting begins promptly at 7.

I have also moved our web-page to point at the confluence site -

Directions to our meeting can be found here - http://tucson-jug.org/

I added everyone who put their names in the hat for the last meeting
so if you find that you don't want to be subscribed to this list you
can follow the directions here for unsubscribing - http://tucson-

Unfortunately I will be out of town this week so I will not be in
attendance.
