I found the logo on top of JPP OpenJUMP page (http://jump-pilot.sourceforge.net/OpenJUMP.html), but there is no license or terms of using the logo. As the software is GPL opensource and the logo is part of it (it shows on the greeter during start-up) i suppose the image is also free and I'm going to add it do wikimedia and then link it to the article. What I'm not sure about is, if I can add it to wikimedia with other license than GPL, because technically, this is license under which I have got the image and I should republish it under the same license. This license is however suitable rather for publishing software than artwork, so I would prefer to publish it either under dual license (GPL + Creative Commons) or just under Creative Commons license. Would it be OK? Or perhaps the author of the logo could do it himself... BTW, I was not able to find the logo anywhere on the http://openjump.org, so it took me some time to find it on the web at all. I think it should be added at least as a link somewhere on openjump.org or as standalone download on downloads page, preferably with some terms of use. [JPP-Devel] Save Image As...
Hi Good People! Did you guys forget to include the filename input field when saving an image as... ? :D I've overcome the prob by simply copying one image to something else and then double-clicking on it to get overwritten on 'Save Image as...' ;-) Kind regards to All, -- Pedro Doria Meunier Ips da Olaria Edf. I am an EXPERT for nothing ;-) 2007/10/29, Eric Lemesre [EMAIL PROTECTED]: Hi Stefan, I am an for nothing ;-) I am working on plugin derivate from ChartPlugin intitaly writen by Erwan. It build Histogram from a layer. And this plugin work with JFreeChart. this library is very nice for build, export and print charts. If you want i can post the code. Eric 2007/10/29, Sunburned Surveyor [EMAIL PROTECTED]: Stefan, I am not a GUI expert either, but I may have some information that can help. My SuperSelect program opens a JInternal frame for its configuration form. From this form I can sucessfully launch another JInternal frame for context sensitive help, as you can see in the attached screenshot. I have no problem with painting when I move either the help frame or the configuration frame. This makes me wonder if the problem is with launching a JDialog class from a JInternalFrame. Could you try switching your JDialog classes to JInternal frames to see if this solves the problem? Re: [JPP-Devel] How to avoid drawing errors when new dialogs are activated from a new frame
Hei Eric, i will have a look on that SIGLE plugin too.. should be somewhere on my desktop. Actually the problem with JFreeChart is that one needs a doc. @Sunburned: I did not use a JDialog yet - only a frame. But I am going to try the dialog next.*) I also recognized, that the screen-errors appear if I put OpenJUMP in background, i.e. Eclipse on top, and then again on top. The histo-plot is fine, but not OJ. stefan *) I tried.. and it does not work as well whith a Dialog. Seems like there is no other way then looking in the sourcecode of jmathplot.
