In short, when KisClipboard returns a void image, as chosen in the colour profile/multiple source dialogs, the paste factory retries the action invoking the associated handler from the currently selected tool. After restarting KDE plasma I get my wallpaper and my widget is automatically back on that screen. It is as if the KDE just crashed on the second screen. One more solution that I stumbled upon is another way to fix it, I just set my second screen as primary and then just reverse the settings to the previous and that fixes the issue. Open Kate 2. Type an IBAN, placing an extra space at the start 3. Highlight the IBAN 4. Ctrl-C to copy the IBAN 5. Open kMyMoney 6. Choose a payee 7. Choose Account Numbers 8. Select IBAN & BIC 9. Try to paste with Ctrl-V or Ctrl-Shift-Ins OBSERVED RESULT Paste does not happen EXPECTED RESULT One of 1. Acceptance of the pasted content, with the leading whitespace stripped. 2. An error dialog explaining why the content was not accepted. Given the UI will reformat an IBAN of the format IE48ICON11223344556677 into IE48 ICON 1122 3344 5566 77, I would advocate for the first option; apply strip() to the input, then validate that it's in the appropriate form for an IBAN. [kio-extras] [Bug 451408] File preview on some locally-mounted drives (NTFS, NFS, SMB) inappropriately use remote preview settings
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=451408 NaitLee changed: What|Removed |Added CC||nai...@foxmail.com --- Comment #13 from NaitLee --- This happened to me too, after a full upgrade 2 hours ago. My NTFS partition is really local, on the same drive as OS/user (btrfs) partition. But needs rising "remote" limit (in Dolphin) to get previewing in NTFS to work. I'm wondering if it could just grep `mount` output and see what's the mount point? Something like `/dev/sda2` or `/dev/nvme0n1p2` is enough to assume it's local. (maybe not really enough. but of course fallback methods could be used) BTW my current system state, useful for tracing: Operating System: Artix Linux x86_64 KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.93.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 Kernel Version: 5.17.4-artix1-1 (64-bit) And, Dolphin 22.04.0 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
