[Plasma Workspace Wallpapers] [Bug 474245] Naming problem with "download new wallpapers" option in "plasma desktop settings"
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=474245 --- Comment #1 from İsmail --- I have currently discovered that all those wallpapers that named as 01.jpg comes from specific users in KDE store. Looks like this is not a software bug. Check out the wallpapers that published by the following users in KDE store: https://store.kde.org/u/sadmir - example 01.jpg image of sadmir -> https://store.kde.org/p/2082394 https://store.kde.org/u/senmr - example 01.jpg image of senmr -> https://store.kde.org/p/2082285 https://store.kde.org/u/lerth - example 01.jpg image of lerth -> https://store.kde.org/p/2082236 These three have bombarded the KDE store with garbage all with the same name "01.jpg"! What do you think to do regarding this matter guys? Do you keep letting them to fill KDE store with their garbage? Well I'm not insulting their artwork actually. But naming all the files with the same name looks a bad intention to me. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[systemsettings] [Bug 461578] GNOME/GTK App Style Crashes the KDE Settings When I Press Save Button
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=461578 --- Comment #9 from İsmail --- Hi folks! I've had to reinstall the OS on the workstation computer. I was exploring the bugs that I submitted and see this one still open. I'd like to share with you that I can switch the GTK themes with no issues now. Perhaps the issue comes out when the OS is loaded wit various things and some libraries or their versions are conflicting somehow. Here is the new installed system's information if it will make sense: Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20230902 KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.7 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.109.0 Qt Version: 5.15.10 Kernel Version: 6.4.12-1-default (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ i3-8100 CPU @ 3.60GHz Memory: 15.5 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® UHD Graphics 630 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

If continue it will be overwritten. Do you want to overwrite to this file? '/home/ismail/.local/share/wallpapers/01.jpg' " Then I renamed the file from "01.jpg" to something else. This time the download was successful but with the same name "01.jpg". This must be a bug because the downloader always download with "01.jpg" regardless the name of the file. See the screenshot in the attachment. It is in Turkish but should give you an idea. *** STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open plasma desktop settings 2. Hit the Download New Wallpapers button 3. [systemsettings] [Bug 461578] GNOME/GTK App Style Crashes the KDE Settings When I Press Save Button
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=461578 --- Comment #2 from İsmail --- (In reply to Nate Graham from comment #1) > It's crashing very deep in GTK2, probably when trying to render a preview of > the selected GTK style. What style did you choose before hitting the Save > button? No matter what I select, it crashed anyway. I tried with Breeze, Breeze Dark-gtk, Adwaita, Adwaita Dark etc. This issue happened on the work computer. Now I have tried it in my personal notebook which has the same OS installed, also crashes. I also noted that some GTK applications do not get themed by the theme we select in GTK Style settings. For example an IDE called MPLAB X IDE for embedded programming which I need to use it for developing microcontroller applications. But as of plasma v 5.25 I think, it started to freeze often and doesn't get the GTK theme anymore. Should I file a different bug for that? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Discover] [Bug 402420] New: Package Size Information
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=402420 Bug ID: 402420 Summary: Package Size Information Product: Discover Version: 5.14.4 Platform: Neon Packages OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: minor Priority: NOR Component: PackageKit Assignee: aleix...@kde.org Reporter: ismailsahillio...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 117044 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=117044=edit screen-info SUMMARY Hi Team! As far as I see the information of size of the packages has a bug When I display an application Discover shows me information about the application at the bottom side. The "Size" information which displays two parameters of info. 1. is download size 2. is installed size However the download size of the all packages that I have checked is greater than the installed size. Shouldn't this be vice versa? I think that displayed parameters are confused while designing and they must be swapped. Here I have attached a screenshot for you to see it as an example. This fix looks very very wrong. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kdenlive] [Bug 358223] Rotoscoping effect crashes kdenlive when played
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=358223 --- Comment #14 from Yusuf Ismail <linkinpark_n...@yahoo.com> --- Using the third PPA, ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-master Kdenlive now reports version 16.11.70. Tested adding the rotoscope effect on a 1080p 60fps clip, no crash. Rendered and the output works, the bug is indeed resolved. Thanks for the fix Jean-Baptiste Mardelle! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kdenlive] [Bug 358223] Rotoscoping effect crashes kdenlive when played
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=358223 --- Comment #11 from Yusuf Ismail <linkinpark_n...@yahoo.com> --- On Ubuntu 16.04, tested using the version in both the stable PPA and the testing PPA and both still crash immediately upon adding the rotoscoping effect. stable: ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-stable testing: ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-testing Kdenlive is reporting version 16.08.1. System is fully up to date. Is this commit in either of these PPAs? If it is, then the problem is not resolved yet. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kdenlive] [Bug 358223] Rotoscoping effect crashes kdenlive when played
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=358223 Yusuf Ismail <linkinpark_n...@yahoo.com> changed: What|Removed |Added CC||linkinpark_n...@yahoo.com --- Comment #2 from Yusuf Ismail <linkinpark_n...@yahoo.com> --- I want to add that I'm experiencing this crash as well. Rotoscoping is still completely unusable. I am running off the SVN PPA by Olivier Banus (last built 2 days ago from this post). I am on Ubuntu 15.10 64bit, working on a HD1080p 24fps project. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add Clip to timeline 2. Add rotoscoping effect to it 3. Attempt to add points (bezier curve on first frame), or scroll on timeline or really anything. Once rotoscoping is added to a clip, it's only a short matter of time before it brings Kdenlive to it's knees. Actual Results: Segmentation fault Using version 15.13.0 I also went back to version 15.08.1 that is provided in Ubuntu by default, and this problem persists then as well. Tested also on 15.12.0 that is provided in Olivier's kdenlive-release PPA, same results. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
