Feature "Spare Layouts" also not working on Plasma 6.1 Beta (6.0.90) in the
Wayland session. Plasma 6.1 has a new user interface for keyboard input
settings, but the unique function "Spare Layouts" stay is not working... it is
very sad 🙄. Please 🙏 , fix this.

[i18n] [Bug 454833] Dutch translation of updates (Bijwerkelement) is a bit awkward

2022-06-06 Thread Lena Wildervanck
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=454833

Note, there were some emails on
https://mail.kde.org/pipermail/kde-i18n-nl/2022q2/thread.html

Also, just for extra clarity for a third time: The current translation in the
source is Bijwerkelement. I think this is a terrible translation, and think
"updates" is much better.

People seem to interpret my message as me proposing bijwerkelement as an actual
translation which was never the case.

Eh...

My point is that in the current translation (see the screenshot!
https://bugsfiles.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=149452 ) "updates" is translated in
the code as "Bijwerkelement", which is a word I have never heard before. Can
you please change it to "updates"? (Or something in that manner?)

I've tried most of the things on the list but they don't really help. It
sugested to dedicate more ram to Krita but I'm not sure how to do that

Yes. Should I keep this disabled until it gets fixed?

Hello!

I've been using Krita for several months now and I really like it! But, I ran
into a problem I never had before.

The brush doesn't work properly anymore. As the cursor moves quickly and
freely, I have to wait 3 minutes to see any marks. So I can't see what I'm
drawing. Please help! I want to keep using Krita.

This is reproducible with most Electron apps which place a icon in the system
tray ─ not with all (Discord for example works fine). The icons are too big
(oversized) most of the times and won't fit in. To be honest, its an visual
distration.
