Widget escaping from application.

SUMMARY
When I try to move an application to a different output, the whole widget moves
as if it was trying to give it some space to put it on the panel. I attached
screenshots.

I'm sorry if it is the wrong section, didn't know if here or Plasma panel.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put audio volume on side-panel
2. Pull application to different output
3. Chase the output when whole widget escapes from you.

Button "Install" opens OBS' page in Discover which does see it as installed.

unusually dark and after being highlighted when hoovering over with a mouse
