Actually kdeconnect 0.8 was KDE4-based, so it's not a bug in the Ubuntu
package, but just an old package. Anyway this is clearly a Kubuntu-specific
issue, closing as downstream.

The KF5 services are at: 'kf5-config --path service' shoild be: 'kf5-config

Ubuntu package: kdeconnect 0.8 - http://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/kdeconnect
