Hmmm... I thought I was, in that I ran 'ninja' and it re-ran cmake and then did
'ninja install' on both kdevplatfrom and kdevelop. However, after taking a
closer look, it doesn't appear everything required to be rebuilt actually was.
I deleted the install directory and the build directories and rebuilt from
scratch. I'm no longer seeing this issue, so I think you're right here. I'll
make this as resolved then. Thanks for pointing out that this wasn't possible
in 5.0.

I've encountered the same bug in ninja or the CMake ninja generator myself a
few months ago and switched back to make...
