After I left the bug report here, there were 2 system updates, but simply installing other default languages through the GUI did not solve the problem of multilingualism of the system!! And it seems like you're using 5.24.80, which would correspond to current git master, not Plasma 5.24. Have you added a special repo to get a different version of Plasma packages compared to what's normally shipped by Manjaro?
