It happened again to me today because of the autocompletion bug (see #243894) Some of those wrongly autocompleted emails are now stuck in my outbox. I don't know if it the only cause of this bug, but I suspect it is heavily involved in it. For some reason the emails are not sent to the sent-mail folder anymore (see bug# 243613) and they get stuck in the outbox unless I specify another folder for them to be stored in. Once in the outbox those emails cannot be deleted or resent. They have however been sent properly once.
