Or you could be as ignorant as I am. Sitting here at 6:55AM Sat. morning
drinking a cup of coffee eating two Oats ' N Honey getting ready to go out
in 15 degree weather and run 18 miles. OK, before you say it, yes, I'm
ignorant (as stated before) but I'm actually marathon training (26.2 miles).
Did em in my 30's, did em in my 40's gotta do em in my 50's.
And just rememberit's 5PM somewhere:-)
