Similar to the KR's horsepower range & performance, well done video with an good commentary CldLk-Tim (looks good in Full Screen) Hi Folks, During the time I was flying off the hours on my Midget, I mounted a video camera under the wing and made several flights. Recently I edited those tapes into a video for YouTube. If you are interested, the url is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q8zQLbKIGxs or you can search for "Midget Mustang With Wing Camera" on YouTube. I have some additional video taken from a camera mounted in the cockpit looking forward to try to give a feeling for what the pilot sees. I may try to put that on YouTube as well. Here is hoping you enjoy it, John __._,_.___ Your email settings: Individual Email|Traditional Change settings via the Web (Yahoo! I am looking at a Midget Mustang that is nearly done that I may buy while I finish the 2S. Anyone have any time in one that can comment on how they fly, particularly, as compared to a KR-2? The specs are fairly similar. Brian Kraut Engineering Alternatives, Inc. www.engalt.com

Gentlemen, IIRC the Mustang 2 is by the same designer, and started as a 2 place version. Bill Higdon > Brian my father is finishing a Mustang II is that anything like a Midget? The midget mustang was the predecessor of the Mustang II, even though they don't look much alike. As I recall, it was originally designed to be a racer. A friend almost bought one...up and running for $10k with an IO 360. The owner claimed it would do 220 mph flat out. However, if the seller claims it is 90% done, you have to assume it is 90% to go. I guess the question here is: how much is the seller asking. RV

Same company, but the Midget is the single seat version. I have information on the company and links to information, but I was hoping there might be someone with both KR experience and Midget Mustang experience that can comment on if the flying characteristics are similar. Being as the Midget Mustang is a single seater it is a little hard to get some stick time in one from an experienced pilot!
