It was listed as used and having a tear on the cover - the tear turned out to be about a centimeter long, and the rest of the book in great condition, hardcover, glossy paper... No affiliation, satisfied customer, etc. But as was said, I wouldn't get cross-stitch linen unless you really need perfectly evenly woven fabric as it is generally much more expensive for the amount you get.
