Re: Need to output time
Yeah,I keep getting the same results, so I don't think it's the timer turning over. I worry that it might have to do with my buffered counting and the DMA channels. I have 3 DMA channels and all are being used in the counting. Could that somehow affect my counting? Thanks a lot. I'm a novice to Labview and don't understand a lot of the inner workings. Katie
Want to stop one while loop with another while loop
Hi! I have two while loops running. When one loop stops (when a certain parameter exceeds a user inputed value), I want my other while loop to stop. I've seen an example of this using local/global variables, but it was with T/F boolean variables. I doubt this is much different, but I can't figure out how to do it. Thanks, katie
Re: Does anybody have driver for HP8756A scalar network analyzer? thanks
Hello -- Although we do not have a driver for the HP 8756A, you can submit a request for an instrument driver through our request database at http://zone.ni.com/idnet97.nsf/instrumentdriverrequest/. Your request may be considered for development. We try to develop instrument drivers according to popularity. Unfortunately, we cannot develop instrument drivers for all the requests we receive. If you would like to try developing your own instrument driver, we have documentation, model instrument drivers, and driver templates to help you in your development. You can find this information on our website at http://www.ni.com/devzone/idnet/development.htm. Hope this helps. Regards, Katie Rollo Instrument Drivers/IVI National Instruments
