You are right : The Firefox is using different resources other than Fedora
supplied ones
during Youtube video playing .
It is necessary to install Fedora supplied packages for other  HTML pages .

I understand that Fedora KDE 25 supplied , related packages are missing
from my computer ,
because my version of Fedora KDE 25 was installed  a few days ago by
replacing a broken HDD containing Fedora KDE 28 , and required codecs are
not installed yet .

if your system cannot play the video, then this is the correct message...
